which s better to do in PG and also whether n abroad r in india!

hello sir/madam,
i m naveen doing 2nd yr engg in electrical and electronics. i would like to go for higher studies.whether it is good to do MBA / MS in india or in abroad.... is there any MS programs running in india! if so plz tell me some of the top ranked colleges u prefer... plz... waiting 4 ur comments!!!!!!
