What should i do MBA or MCA

Sir, This is Pardeep Kumar, SIr, i have done BA with COmputer Application after that i had done 16 months diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking but that time i did not get any job in this field. then i decided to do MCA Correspondance due to financial Problem. when i started MCA i got job in a Government Firm on contractual basis. The designation in Firm is Assistant Cum COmputer Operator and my work profile is creating Noting, drafting, letter and maintaining Record related to HR and Administration. Sir, Now i have completed one year in MCA and also one year in this job. Now i m confused that what should i do. Should i do MBA Correspondence only possible for me if i get advantage of my experience or should i continue my MCA if i continue my MCA please suggest me how can i make my career after doing MCA Correspondance.
