STUDY ABROAD

DEAR SIR/MA'M
I have completed my 12th and I want to pursue a course in engineering in IT/Computer Science. Initially I had applied to NUS ans NTU Singapore but could not get selected,then on someone's advice I applied to University of Nottingham(malaysia campus) and i got an offer letter from there.
But i had also given IIT-JEE and AIEEE and various state entrance exams and eventually got into PESIT,bangalore.
My objective was to study in either of NUS/NTU in singapore but now I have to make a choice between PESIT and nottingham(malaysia).
Although nottingham is a highly ranked university I have little idea about the engineering faculty at malaysia campus.
Many advice that bangalore is a better option for IT.
According to you which of the two would be a better choice.
Plead reply soon as the decision has to be taken as soon as possible.
