PhD in Management

Hi all

I am a Post Graduate in Biotechnology and also qualified GATE 2008 in XL wid 93.54 percetile.
i want to do PhD in Management ( mainly HR or Organization Behaviour/ Behavioural Sciences) but i have no idea from where to start.

with this much GATE score is it possible to get an Interview calls from IIMs?
wat should be main topics for interview preparation, how to start it.........
there r many queries like this
so anybody who has any idea/or who is him/her self pursuing PhD from IIMs r plz asked to reply......
