Paid internships after MBA in HR

hello!

i am Aakriti pursuing MBA major in HR from The Business School jammu university. I know that from an average B school like my own i cannot start my career the way i want to. I have always dreamed to work in a good reputed company with a good salary package and where i can actually contribute. so I was thinking that first i should apply for a paid full time internship in some big firm get the relevant experience and then try for a job. i will request you to please guide me on this.i am really looking forward to get a useful detail on this from you.
