MS in Software Engineering (Having 4 years Experience)

I am Computer Engineer with 4 years of experience in software development in field of Java/J2EE. I am interested to do some research work in the field of software engineering and for the same, I want to do Masters in Software Engineering. I have not decided any country or program of study but currently exploring various options for the same. I would like to know programs and universities which can consider my work experience and provides scholarship for the same.
