MS in HRM from USA

Hi All,
Just wanted some guidance on MS in HRM program from USA.
I am passionate to go in for HR career and have completed my engineering in CS from India and have 2 years work experience from a reputed organisation.
I wanted to know about the job prospects of this course ahead and good colleges for the same.
Any guidance in this direction would be very helpful to me.
