MS in finance and finance careers?

hi
I am a student recently qualified as a C.A. and also posses a B.C.A. degree. Now I aspire to do MS in finance. Please let me know whether this will an excellent career option. Which are the best universities round the globe for this programme. Whether work ex is indeed a requirement for it and also having a 12+3 graduation degree lessens my opportunities?
