MBA outside India

Hi ,
Can anyone help me with the expenditure that would incur in pursuing MBA from
1.US
2.Canada
3.Europe
4.HK/Singapore
and more importantly the subsequent break even time for the education loan payment (assuming decent college/univ and assuming normal circumstances with major portion(90%) of expenditure financed via education loan )
