I am giving my CAT exam next year...

I am giving my CAT exam next year , i was also thinking of giving GMAT exam after my CAT ,i want to know ,how much different is GMAT from CAT ,will i be able to give GMAT after my CAT comfortably ,or i need to prepare for it separately.
