confused

I want to do MBA in FINANCE dat too from best BSchool , hw much % 1 yr HR recruiter work ex matters...????academic details X 90%,XII 70%,degree 81%....
completed BCA degree in 2008 and after dis completed diploma in finance in 2009.
i m planing for 2010 CAT,SNAP, n 2011 XAT..
Is dis HR recruiter job matters ???? really confused...!!! Plz show some light on dis....
Based on my academic details wt all d colleges can i apply...???
if i clear d cutoff den type of job really matters for getting d call or wt.????
