Which are the good websites I can refer to while preparing for my interviews?

Hi,

I am Pallavi in engineering 3rd year. I will be having my job interviews early next year. Can someone suggest me good websites which in can refer for following-

1. Puzzles
2. HR interview

Hi Pallavi,
Ideally speaking you should be sound in your respective functional area to crack any interview. As for puzzles etc, you can refer to freshersworld.com and other puzzle books ( Shakuntala Devi ). However the best option is to once go through old question papers of the companies that you are targetting and have a look and feel of how to go about it.
As for HR interview, read the newspaper and magazines regularly and get involved in a lot of discussions with friends to sharpen your communication skills. If possible, get in touch with a mentor here to guide you best through the crucial HR Round.
