Preparing for SSB - How to overcome overconfidence?
I am presently preparing for SSB and has faced the SSB once though i was damn sure about my selection but was not able to get through the conference and the main problem is that i am not aware of the weak point of the interview. What must i do?

SSB Interview - the candidates are screened for a few Officer like qualities. If you have these qualities you are Recommended if not you are not Recommended. Over Dominance and not listening to others ideas ( Even though their ideas are better or workable- an individuals tendency to over look them)all would prove to be Disastrous to your selection. 2 years 5 weeks ago |
