Career advice

Dear Sir/Madam,

Currently I am working as a cashier in a retail organization which is at its decline stage.I have done MBA in Marketing(distance Learning) and diploma in Hotel mgmt nagpur.I have total 4 yrs experience in hospitality and retail sector.I am not satisfied with my current designation and salary and want to switch over to recruitment industry and in future i want to open my own recruitment consultancy and career consultancy which focus on career growth ,personality assessment,soft skill training. I am 28+ yrs old .My strengths are:eager to learn new things,helping people and knowledge of internet,have good ability to suggest and counsel People .And weakness are:Poor decision making and Lack of will power and moderate communication skills which is not enough to survive in this cut throat competition.I would like to know will it be right decision to move to recruitment having not relevant qualification and experience.Does my strengths can help me to build a promising future in recruitment.Or which may be the best career which suites my profile.
