Average academics,do i stand a chance in ISB?

hi..I have nearly 5 years work exp in IT field.I am keen to appear for GMAT.And interested for ISB.Though i m pretty confident to score well in GMAT,my worry is my avearage academic record .I dont have any extra curricular activities or social work record.
So my query is if i score high in GMAT ,would i stand a chance irrespective of above mentioned short comings,waiting to hear frm u.Thanks
