ASSOCIATE DEGREE (A.S) in US

Sir/Madam ,

I was completed my +2 with 55% in india in 1998. after that i was joined in my family business . now i'm financially stable. so i want to do a 2year ASSOCIATE DEGREE (A.S) in US. since my age is 30 now.
am i eligible ? now i am preparing for toefl.
plz guide me sir, i'm waiting for u r answer/guidence.
