11th wasted, now how to get into IIT?

I haven't worked hard enough during my 11th, how possible it is to complete the course of IIT in one year and get decent rank. how should I plan?

hi,
ya it is possible to crack iit jee even u wasted your 12th.

one guy failed 11th class but somehow managed his suplementary exam and passed 11th.
in 12th class,he wasted his time.during diwali his parents became sad and then he realised tho work hard..
he want to the master and asked if i start working now from today will i crack iit jee?
teacher told him that you need to work hard,he told tht i will.
he just studied just last 5months that too sincerely.
and he cracked iit air 1006 rank.

you know whole town was suprised as he was an average student.

so i want to convey tht confidence,determination and hard work will surely give you so much power tht you can achive anythng..................

keeep working hard.....
you just take care of minutes,the hours will automatically take care of you.

i had never failed,but i have found 10,000 ways tht dont work.
