Ideal Mentee:
In this world of information madness, it is extremely difficult for the young mind to separate signal from noise. This is where sincere mentorship can work wonders by helping the mentee to choose his/her career path. A zeal to learn, an open mind and the willingness to work hard - these qualities can make the mentoring sessions very rewarding. I would recommend the mentees to ask questions and share honest views about their strengths and weaknesses. This will help them be confident about the path on which they will eventually compete and progress independently.
