I. COMPLETE FINANCIAL ADVISORY:

a) Risk Management: To advise and provide a supporting treasury role for mitigation of risk of interest rate movement and foreign currency fluctuations in non rupee liabilities through derivative instruments such as forwards, options, swaps etc.
b) Treasury Management: To advise in relation to making a judicious investment of surplus funds keeping in view the liquidity position and optimum yield.
c) Foreign Currency Dealings: To facilitate payment of various foreign currency expenses to the client related parties/ agencies.
d) Credit Ratings (Domestic & International): To facilitate client in obtaining credit ratings from various domestic (such as ICRA, CRISIL, CARE etc.) and international (S&P, Moodys, Fitch etc.) credit rating agencies.
e) Formulating Corporate Policies: To advise and draft corporate policies relating to various financial, operational and technical issues such as relating to fund mobilization, risk management, project and/ or entity evaluation, business valuation, equity investment etc.
f) Financial Analysis & Management: To advise on analysis of several finance related topics, company research and funds management.

II. CAPITAL RAISING & STRUCTURING:

a) Debt Structuring & Syndication(Domestic & International Sources): To advise and facilitate decision on type of foreign currency (ECB)/ domestic borrowing, nature of instrument, currency, capital market, documentation, pricing, agreements and various other significant factors influencing the structuring of the borrowing depending upon the requirements of the client, prevailing market conditions and economy.

III. INDIAN STOCK MARKETS:

To advise and guide on all aspects of trading and investment in Indian stock markets based on fundamental and technical paramaeters including shares, derivatives etc.

IV. FINANCE JOBS INTERVIEWS:

To advise and prepare clients for interviews in finance related jobs and taking mock interviews depending upon the finance background of the interviwee.

V. FINANCIAL TRAINING:

To impart training on various financial topics, matters and issues exclusively customized to meet the objective of the target group which may range from indivisuals to educational universities, management institutes, corporate houses and others.
