Avijit Sharma subscribes to the Mother Teresa's thought - "Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person." Being an optimist, he also maintains enormous confidence in the ability of educated Indian youth in bringing change in fellow lives. He identifies MentorPolis as a collective effort which enables people to dream, develop and achieve their career aspirations.

Anshul's vision is to end the gap of knowledge and communication that exists in our society today, which leads to uninformed decision by the youth of our country. He believes in greater use of technology to accomplish his vision. He is a web 2.0 enthusiast and works on open source web platform. Prior to MentorPolis, Anshul worked with dunnhumby to create value for loyal customers of the retail giant Tesco.
Anshul graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Pratik firmly believes that an undermined purpose of education is to is make a person self-aware and self-motivated, with a courage to follow his dreams. Pratik is extremely passionate about Mentorpolis as he sees it as the first step towards bridging the gap between knowledge and education for the youth of the nation, and eventually help each of them to contribute to the society to their fullest potential--in a way they love to.
Pratik will graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2009 and has a deferred admission with the Harvard Business School for his MBA.
